Spectators screamed and gasped in horror as the giant vehicle knocked down a guardrail before careering into dozens of onlookers.
Clips of the accident posted on YouTube showed the truck swerving towards the crowd who had been watching behind a metal gate. Families with children and push chairs can be seen running to safety.
One man drops his phone and yells in shock as the truck heads towards near where he is standing.

Six people had to be resuscitated, according to eyewitnesses..
Matthijs Holtrop said: "I see ten ambulances standing.
The first phase of the emergency is still in full swing."

The incident has prompted a huge response from emergency services, with crews attending from Germany. Two nearby hospitals implemented a disaster-management plan and an emergency hotline number was issued to the public.
The Red Cross and a church also provided help in the aftermath.
The organisers were swiftly criticised on social media over the accident.
One YouTube user wrote: “How can it be that there was only a small gate between the public and the monster? How stupid can the city and organizers of this be?”
The vehicle involved was said to be the ‘Sporty Car’, a giant pick-up truck with 1,500 horsepower - equivalent to a top-of-the range sportscar.
