Trisha and Stacey Knox both welcomed baby boys on Tuesday at the Frisbie Memorial hospital in Rochester, New Hampshire, Fosters.com reports.
Trisha, 19, who had been due on March 31, was already at the hospital when her contractions started, as doctors had been planning for her to have an induced labor.

She admitted that she tried to keep her own contractions a secret so that she was able to be present to support her sister, but a family member observed that she too was going into labour
'I started having contractions . . . and I decided not to tell anybody,' Stacey told CBS Boston.
Stacey was admitted to a room next-door and just over two hours after Trisha's son Joseph Anthony Sirois entered the world at 9.06am at 6lb 14oz, she welcomed a 5lb 5oz Nicholas Brent Masse Jr at 11.22am.

Like brothers: Trisha, a new mother, said that she hoped the two boys would grow up sharing the same bond as she and her sister
Stacey, who was already mother to Olivia, five, told CBS: 'People have been telling us for the past two months that we were going to go on the same day and we’re like "no."'
She added that it ended up being 'the best experience ever'.
